قال تعالى في سورة الأنعام (وَذَرِ الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا دِينَهُمْ لَعِبًا وَلَهْوًا وَغَرَّتْهُمُ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا)
وقال أيضا في سورة الروم﴿ مِنَ الَّذِينَ فَرَّقُوا دِينَهُمْ وَكَانُوا شِيَعًا ۖ كُلُّ حِزْبٍ بِمَا لَدَيْهِمْ فَرِحُونَ﴾
مع بداية الربع الأخير من القرن العشرين حتى يومنا هذا ونحن نشرف على نهاية الربع الأول من القرن الحادي والعشرون والساحات الإعلامية المرئية والمسموعة وعلى مستوى العالم اجمع تشهد انتشارا واسعا للتلفزة الفضائية والتعدد المتنوع للمحطات والقنوات التلفزيونية الفضائية، مما أتاح للتلفزيون العالمي اقتحام كافة الأبواب واحتلاله الصدارة وجعل العالم قرية صغيرة على الرغْم خطورته فهو سلاح ذو حدين بالإضافة إلى انه وسيلة إعلامية وعلمية إلا انه بالرغم من ذلك سلاح شديد الْخَطَر على المستوى الاجتماعي والأخلاقي حتى السياسي والاقتصادي إذا أسيئ استخدامه لغايات هدامة، ولم يقف الأمر عند هذا الوضع بل ومع بداية القرن الحادي والعشرون قفز العالم قفزة نوعية من التطور التكنولوجي ليدعم التلفزة الفضائية بل سلاحا أقوى وهو الانتشار الساحق لتكنولوجيا المعلومات ألا وهو الأنترنت الفضائي ومنتجاته من وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي الذي سهل وصول المعلومات بسرعة رهيبة لا تقارن فما يكاد الحدث يحدث حتى يصل البث إلى كافة أنحاء العالم بسرعة تفوق سرعة الصوت، فربطت هذه المحطات نفسها بالأنترنت واستغلت وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة فأسست لها مواقع على الويب واليوتيوب لتساهم في سرعة الانتشار وديمومة وجود ما تنشره حيث يتمكن المتابع لها رؤية ما يحدث في أي وقت وأينما يشاء أو جعله مرجعا له يلجأ إليه عند الحاجة، ومن الملفت للنظر أن معظم هذه المحطات المتنوعة الأهداف والغايات والمنهج خطط لها لتكون موجهة إلى الدول الشرق أوسطية والأسيوية والأفريقية خاصة وعلى وجه الخصوص البلاد العربية والإسلامية المختلفة المتميزة بتعدد الأطياف الدينية والمذهبية والعرقية فظهرت على الساحة الفضائية محطات وقنوات تلفزيونية تحت مسميات مختلفة منها السياسية والفنية والوثائقية والدينية لاقت رواجا لا بأس به بين بعض الأوساط الجماهيرية فالبعض وجد فيها متنفسا له والبعض وجدها متناسبة وأفكاره وميوله السياسية والدينية المختلفة حتى المبتذلة التي تنشر الرزية، علما أن معظم هذه المحطات مرتبطة بجهات داخلية و خارجية و وكالات أنباء محلية و عالمية أو مرجعيات دينية و أحزاب سياسية تمولها وتنفق عليها، وتهيئ لها الكوادر التقنية والإعلامية الواسعة الطيف الثقافي والمدربة تدريبا فائق النظير، جعلوا منهم أناس تدربوا وامتهنوا التلاعب بعواطف الآخرين والدس المبرمج في حقائق المعلومات التاريخية والدينية والعقائدية وتزيفها، تعد برامج حديثة ومبتكرة تتناسب مع الأفكار والمبادئ التي أسست لها من برامج حوارية ونشاطات مختلفة ولقاءات متلفزة في الأستوديو هات والشارع العام و استضافة شخصيات أصبحت معروفة إعلاميا للجميع لهم مؤيديهم ومناصريهم سبق أن تم الترويج لهم ليكونوا واجهة اجتماعية معروفة ثقافيا وعقائديا ودينيا حتى تاريخيا، وقد يفتعلون الأحداث ويراقبونها بدقة متناهية ويعملون على تفعيلها إعلاميا لاستقطاب المشاهد بإثارة الحدث والتعليق عليه بصورة ذكية، وهناك أيضا بعض المحطات ذاتية التمويل تتبع بعض الأحزاب والمرجعيات الدينية تحصل على إيراداتها من التبرعات التي تجمعها من المؤسسات والجمعيات التي أنشأتها تحت مسميات مختلفة أو من مساهمات الأعضاء المادية أو من طريق اشتراك المشاهدين في برامج مدفوعة، ومن ابرز هذه المحطات التي لوحظ زيادة انتشارها بشكل لافت للنظر تلك التي تتصف بالصبغة الدينية التي تتبع سياسة التبشير الديني والطائفي على المستوى الدين الواحد أو المذهبي وعلى مستوى كافة الأطياف الطائفية والمذهبية، التي وجدت وللأسف رواجا لا بأس به بين العامة، بعض هذه المحطات وعلى ندرتها اتصفت بالوسطية والغالبية العظمى اتخذت من الوسطية والتسامح ستارا لها وحقيقة أمرها ذات نزعة طائفية عدائية لتبث سمومها بطريقة ذكية مدروسة من قبل أخصائيين محترفين يستطيعون الولوج بسهولة إلى عقول الكثيرين حتى بعض المتنورين، ومنها ما كانت ذات نزعة عدائية فظهرت بلباسها الحقيقي دون وجل أو خوف أو حياء فأظهرت العداء والتكفير جهرا لكل من يخالفها النهج والمذهب أو الدين فشككت فيهم وبما يعتقدون، وسلكت سلوكا عدائيا دينيا وطائفيا ومذهبيا مسيسا واضحا وحضت على محاربتهم والقضاء عليهم ودعت كل من يخالفها إلى الرجوع عن كفره وبما يؤمن ويلتحق بهم لينجو بنفسه في الدنيا والآخرة، وهذا يوضح أن مهمتها بث روح الفُرْقَة والتناحر بين فئات المجتمع الواحد وبث روح الطائفية وبين أتباع تلك الأديان والمذاهب المختلفة حتى على مستوى الدول وهذا ما سيؤدي في نهاية المطاف إلى الاقتتال الدموي الديني والطائفي، جاعلة الفضاء الإعلامي ساحة لبث سمومها وأفكارها الهدامة صراحة جهارا نهارا مشعلة نار الفتنة والاقتتال الديني والطائفي بحرب لا تبقي ولا تذر مجندين لها رجال دين تبشيريين مزيفين ارتدوا عباءة التقى والعمل الصالح يرتدون أزياء مختلف رجال الدين بدأ من غطاء الرأس إلى الثوب تقود الشارع مدعين مرضاة الله مخلصين الدين لله وما هدفهم إلاّ هداية الناس الجهلة إلى طريق الأيمان الصادق السليم و إصلاح شأن الأمة، فيحضون على إشعال نيران الفتنة والحقد والضغينة انطلاقًا من نبشهم أوابد الماضي بطريقة مبتكرة بإعادتها إلى الحياة من جديد ليجعلوا منها سلاحا ينهشون به أجساد العباد أو يجعلوا من المسلمات والبديهيات والقضايا السطحية قضايا معاصرة يشغلون بها أفكار الناس وزرع الوساوس في الصدور ثم يعمدون إلى طرح فتاوى شرعية تشغل عقولهم تصبح خلال ساعة من الزمن محور حديث العامة وخبزهم اليومي حتى يتحقق لهم المراد بالوصول بهم إلى الفُرْقَة والنشوز والتنافر بينهم المؤدي إلى إثارة أنواع جديدة من بذور الفتنة والشقاق وصناعة أسلحة جديدة للصراع والاختلاف وتحويل أفكار الناس من فقه الكتاب إلى فقه الخلاف والاختلاف، وكأن الأمة اتحدت فيما بينها وحلت كافة مشاكلها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية ولم يبق إلا تلك المسائل السطحية البسيطة العالقة في قضايا الدين والمذهبية لتدخل عالم الملكوت وتنعم بجنة الخلود، وفي هذا السياق ومما هو لافت للنظر والمستغرب الذي يدعونا أن نوجه سؤالا مهما إلى الكثير من الحكومات المحلية في الكثير من الدول وعلى وجه الخصوص التي تملك أقمارا صناعية للبث الفضائي لماذا هذا التجاهل والسكوت المطبق من قبلكم تجاه هذه الهجمات القاتلة لماذا لا تعمدوا إلى الحد من انتشار هذه القنوات الفضائيات الهدامة ومواقعها عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وحجبها ومنعها من بث سمومها الدموية في الوقت الذي تستطيع فيه أي حكومة حجب أية قناة لا تتوافق وسياساتها في الحكم، وأيضا مما يلفت النظر أن البعض من المثقفين والمتنورين الذين يعدون انفسهم الطليعة المثقفة الواعية والمدركة لَمَّا يجر ي على الساحة العربية بالرغم وجود بعض المنافقين يتابعون هذه القنوات ويروجونها من حيث لا يشعرون فينشرون بعض ما تطرحه على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي معتقدين انهم بذلك يستطيعون تحذير الآخرين من عامة الناس مما يجري حولهم وما تنشره وتبثه هذه المحطات من أفكار هدامة قاتلة لمحاربتها والقضاء عليها، لكنهم في الحقيقة فاتهم بذلك يساهمون في الترويج لهذه المحطات والقنوات ببث سمومها انطلاقًا من تعريف ضعاف العقول عليها الذين تستهويهم مثل هذه المحطات أو إثارة فضول البعض في الاطلاع عليها ومتابعتها وقد تثير مشاعر الغضب لدى البعض ويتخذون مواقف جبهوية نحن في غنى عنها، ولذلك بل ومن الضروري محاربة هذه القنوات بكل الوسائل المتاحة بالوعظ والإرشاد الموجه للمجتمع بِرُمَّته عامة داعين إلى إقامة ندوات توعية دينية يقودها رجال دين حقيقيين شرفاء يبشرون بسماحة الدين ويطفئون لهيب التطرف ومحاربة رجال الدين المزيفين وحثهم على محاربتهم وعدم متابعتهم والتحريض على محاربة هذه المحطات حتى يتم القضاء عليها كليا، فهموم الأمة أكبر من ذلك وجبهاتها المشتعلة تتطلب مننا الوعي والتكاتف والتضامن والكفاح من أجل إخماد حرائقها والانتصار أولا و أخيرا للوطن الذي يجمعنا على أرضه فهو يحضن كل أبنائه ولا يميز بينهم.

With the beginning of the last quarter of the twentieth century until today, we are overseeing the end of the first quarter of the twenty-first century, and the visual and audio media arenas and at the global level are witnessing a wide spread of satellite television and the diverse multiplicity of satellite television stations and channels, which has allowed global television to storm all doors and occupy the lead and make the world a small village despite its danger, as it is a double-edged sword, as it In addition to being a media and scientific means, it is nevertheless a very dangerous weapon on the social, moral, and even political and economic levels if misused for destructive purposes. The matter did not stop at this situation, but with the beginning of the twenty-first century, the world took a qualitative leap in technological development to support satellite television, but rather a stronger weapon, which is the overwhelming spread of information technology, namely the satellite Internet and its products of social media, which facilitated the access of information at a terrifying speed that is incomparable. As soon as the event occurs, the broadcast reaches all parts of the world at a speed exceeding the speed of sound. These stations linked themselves to the Internet and exploited various social media, establishing websites and YouTube to contribute to the speed of spread and the continuity of what they publish, where the follower can see what is happening at any time he wants or make it a reference for him to resort to when needed. It is noteworthy that most of these stations, which have diverse goals, objectives, and approaches, were planned to be directed to the Middle Eastern, Asian, and African countries in particular, and in particular the various Arab and Islamic countries distinguished by the diversity of religious and sectarian spectra. And ethnicity, so television stations and channels appeared on the space scene under different names, including political, artistic, documentary and religious, which gained a fair amount of popularity among some public circles. Some found in them an outlet for them, and some found them compatible with their ideas and various political and religious tendencies, even the wasteful ones that spread the calamity, knowing that most of these stations are linked to internal or external parties or local or international news agencies or religious references or political parties that finance and spend on them, and prepare technical and media cadres with a broad cultural spectrum and trained to an unparalleled level, people who have trained and professionalized manipulating the emotions of others and the programmed infiltration of historical, religious and ideological facts and falsifying them, and are modern and innovative programs that are compatible with the ideas and principles that were established from talk shows and various activities and televised meetings in the studio and the public street or hosting figures who have become known to everyone in the media, who have their supporters and advocates who have previously been promoted to be a social front known culturally, ideologically, religiously and even historically, and they may fabricate events They monitor it with extreme precision and work to activate it in the media to attract viewers by stirring up the event and commenting on it in a smart way. There are also some self-financed stations that follow some parties and religious references and obtain their revenues from donations they collect from institutions and associations that they have established under different names or from members’ financial contributions or through viewers’ participation in paid programs. Among the most prominent of these stations, whose spread has been observed to have increased remarkably, are those characterized by a religious nature that follows a policy of religious and sectarian proselytization at the level of a single religion or sect and at the level of all sectarian and religious spectrums, which have unfortunately found a fair amount of popularity among the public. Some of these stations, despite their rarity, are characterized by moderation and the vast majority have taken moderation and tolerance as a cover for them, and the truth of their matter is that they have a hostile sectarian tendency to spread their poison in a smart way studied by professional specialists who can easily access the minds of many, even some of the enlightened ones. Some of them had a hostile tendency and appeared in their true guise without fear or dread or Shyness, so she showed hostility and excommunication openly to everyone who differed from her approach, doctrine, or religion, so she doubted them and what they believed, so she took a path It is a clear political, religious, sectarian and doctrinal hostility, and it has urged fighting and eliminating them, and it has called on everyone who disagrees with it to abandon his disbelief and what he believes in and join them in order to save himself in this world and the hereafter. This shows that its mission is to spread the spirit of division and conflict among the classes of one society and to spread the spirit of sectarianism and among the followers of those different religions and sects, even at the level of countries. This is what will ultimately lead to bloody religious and sectarian fighting, making the media space an arena for spreading its toxins and destructive ideas openly and in broad daylight, igniting the fire of sedition and religious and sectarian fighting in a war that leaves no one recruited for it, fake missionary clerics who wear the cloak of piety and good deeds, wearing the clothes of various clerics, starting from the head covering to the robe, leading the street, calling for the pleasure of God, devoting religion to God, and their only goal is to guide ignorant people to the path of true and sound faith and reforming the affairs of the nation. They urge the ignition of the fires of sedition, hatred and malice, based on They dig up the relics of the past in an innovative way by bringing them back to life again to make them a weapon with which to devour the bodies of the servants or to make the axioms, self-evident truths and superficial issues contemporary issues with which they occupy people’s thoughts and plant obsessions in their hearts. Then they proceed to issue religious fatwas that occupy their minds and become, within an hour, the focus of public talk and their daily bread until they achieve their goal of leading them to division, discord and discord among themselves, leading to the stirring up of new types of seeds of discord and discord and the manufacture of new weapons for conflict and difference and the transformation of people’s thoughts from the jurisprudence of the Book to the jurisprudence of disagreement and difference, as if the nation had united among itself and solved all its social, economic and political problems and all that remained were those simple superficial issues stuck in religious and sectarian issues to enter the world of the kingdom and enjoy the paradise of eternity. In this context, what is striking and surprising that prompts us to direct an important question to many local governments in many countries, especially those that own satellites for space broadcasting, is why this complete disregard and silence from you? In the face of these deadly attacks, why don’t you limit the spread of these destructive satellite channels and their websites on social media and block them and prevent them from broadcasting their bloody poisons at a time when any government can block any channel that does not conform to its policies in government? Also, what is striking is that some of the intellectuals and enlightened people who consider themselves the educated, aware and conscious vanguard of what is happening on the Arab scene, despite the presence of some hypocrites, follow these channels and promote them without realizing it, so they publish some of what they present on social media, believing that in doing so they can warn others among the general public about what is happening around them and what these stations publish and broadcast of destructive and deadly ideas to combat and eliminate them, but in reality they have forgotten that in doing so they are contributing to the promotion of these stations and channels by broadcasting their poisons based on introducing them to the weak-minded who are attracted to such stations or arousing the curiosity of some to view and follow them, and they may arouse feelings of anger in some and they take frontal positions that we can do without, and therefore it is necessary to fight these channels with all The available means of preaching and guidance directed at the entire society in general, calling for the establishment of religious awareness seminars led by real honorable clerics who preach the tolerance of religion and extinguish the flames of extremism and fight fake clerics and urge them to fight them and not follow them and incite to fight these stations until they are completely eliminated, as the concerns of the nation are greater than that and its burning fronts require us to be aware, united, and fight in order to extinguish its fires and win first and last for the homeland that unites us on its land, as it embraces all its sons and does not discriminate between them.
